Lisk was transitioning from its own L1 to an Ethereum L2. Hundreds of thousands of token holders needed to bridge assets, re-stake and claim airdrops — all complex operations that needed to feel safe and straightforward.
My role
I designed the product from concept through launch, owning the full experience. I also bridged design and frontend implementation through React-oriented component architecture, influencing product strategy through workshops.
Results
$150M+ in asset transfers facilitated, 500K+ token holders served, 1.5M airdrop sign-ups processed.
